The Movit team are friendly and helpful. However, since the collection of my belongings on 16 July 2021 I have had no responses to my numerous messages and phone calls with regrd to the whereabouts of my container. This has caused an uneccessary stress during my immagration process and is still unresolved 22 October 2021.
Very supportive and friendly up to collection (payment)
Lack of communication and feedback.

We tracked the correspondence between the Destination Agent and yourself and we feel that your comment is unfair...they did keep you updated. At no point did you communicate with us directly that you were unhappy with the communication from our Agent in the UK...this is the first that we hear that you were unhappy! The situation in the UK is extremely bad with containers being left at the docks because there aren't drivers to collect the containers. Your consignment was delayed by 47 days in the UK but it was beyond all our controls, as you well know. You were made aware of the situation repeatedly. If you had communicated with us, we would have responded immediately and tried to assist you further with updates and more information. We however apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused due to the delays.

The Move it side of the relocation was well handled, professional and according to expectation. There is a slight disconnect when being unaware that an interprovince move the job is handled by two companies not one. In hindsight, Biddulphs was the lower quote and the entire process handled by one Company. As a result of COVID lockdowns, one of our packed boxes contained 7 bottles of ordinary whisky, the box like 6 others marked ' wine ' but interestingly it never arrived..............somebody clearly watching in the corner of their eye what was being packed !...............our fault we should have brought it down in our car.

Hi Nic, I am sorry to hear that 7 bottles of whisky disappeared! We will certainly take it up with our moving partner, theft will not be tolerated! I would like to replace them, can you remember the brands? You can e-mail me directly...

They need to research a bit on Motor bikes as we had to leave those behind. Will have to try bring them at a later stage.

They missed a crockery cupboard on the day and sent another team to complete at my convenience. Pat was very helpful. I cannot complete the review for the receiving end but sending end was very good.
