It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Paying R13K and I must have lost around R20k in the value of my items stolen or damaged.
Arrived on time. Then they proceeded to handle furniture, I thought, in a rough manner from the start. One man trying to lift small chest of drawers! Goods that were wrapped in plastic by me to keep from scratching and keep clean were stripped. Why I don't know. They never used the trolleys provided ? On arrival at the destination they transferred everything by bakkie which was an extra cost. A lot of items had deep scratches which I now have to try and 'touch' up. I was assured that they were professional movers and handle expensive moves ??????
The consultants are easy to deal with. Excellent response time on all enquires. The removal truck was on time and efficient and friendly service from the staff.
The EEZI MOVE staff were very friendly and punctual. They made the whole system very enjoyable. The customer service was excellent and alway willing to help find solutions for the unforeseen problems that surfaced before and during the move.
Quote and booking process was very easy. Truck was on time and personnel very professional and efficient. No damages to any of the household items and the move was very quick and hassle free. Will definitely use them again.

I made use of Eezi move and right from the start I was impressed with the service. My consultant had such good people skills and answered to my emails immediately. Th day of my move the truck was on time and all staff was friendly, efficient and neat. They moved my furniture with no problems. I definitely recommend the service of Eezi move, not only are they professional they are also reasonably priced.

I am so disgusted. I moved provinces. Goods delivered however, I was charged extra for hoisting which was not necessary. Goods broken on delivery, and eezi move refused to acknowledge or replace my goods. Will definitely not recommend.
Terrible most items arrived broken it looks like boxes where thrown on my TV box because the screen is ruined other glass items broken...then before they leave you have to sign a paper stating your belongings are in a good condition but they obviously don't give you time to go through any boxes

They arrived 2 and half hours late.
Phoned movers 7 times to see why truck was late no follow up.
Clumsy and unprofesional.Damaged boxes and handled furniture carelessly. Also one staff member attempted to steal our cell phone.
Theft of goods. Changed inventory list. 3 weeks and not a reply to 3 emails and messages not returned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. [names removed by Sirelo] (staff, supervisor) don't care a damn about you or your goods. AND THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD EITHER
My dining room table was broken into pieces intentionally, unfortunately for me I kept my stuff in their storage for couple of months and I noticed that on collection.
We would just like to thank the team that assisted us from Olympus, Pretoria to Rustenburg. This was the third time we have used Eezi Move, the team was on time and moved us quickly. We were in Rustenburg and all furniture in its place by 13h00. Really excellent!!
Could not fit all my goods, because they told me it was 1209 cubs, but when the truck arrived they had only 654 cubs and then told me that they don't actually work on the cubs, but only items listed on the inventory, regardless that I furnished them in time as per agreement with a comprehensive updated inventory?
