Our move went without a hitch.
They arrived on time and completed the repacking really quickly.
All in all the move took about 6 to 7 hours
The supervisors, [names removed by Sirelo] were brilliant.
Both crews were excellent, helpful and pleasant.
We are amazed at the standard of repacking - they have been really well trained.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with our move and would not recommend nor certainly ever use them again. Unprofessional service in the extreme, charging twice the amount as their competitors for arguably a lesser service. And to top it off unresponsive to follow up emails. Do you yourself a favour and avoid using them.

Well I was wife alone with 2 kids in Pretoria while my husband was working in Durbanville since January. I was very stressed because I was going to be alone the day House Hoppers was going to come and load all my stuff in my house. They arrived early and were very friendly and helped me where ever they could. They wrapped my furniture so neatly I could not believe it and working fast and well together in a team. They made my move so easy I was not stressed at all. I did not do anything that day. Same with loading of in Durbanville everything safe and on their place. Thanks House Hoppers I will use your guys again in the future.

We recently used Househoppers to move us to our new family home. We have three young children, two of them twin babies, so we were anxious about how we were going to manage moving our home while being full time parents and working full time. HH's premium moving package sounded almost too good to be true: Packing up the old house and unpacking the new house all in one day. But the service actually exceeded our expectations. They arrived at our previous home at 8am in the morning, and our new house was unpacked and looking amazing by 2pm that same day. Not only was the house perfectly unpacked and all instructions followed, the lovely team working on the house added their own spruce of creativity with some of our belongings and they pretty much nailed everything they did. Cupboards were packed and beds were made. They turned what I would assume is one of people's least favorite activities (especially people with lots of young kids) into an awesome and easy experience. I literally could not recommend them any more than I do. I will never be able to go back to normal moving services after this. While their premium package is a little more expensive, it was money well spent, and if you are on a tighter budget they offer slightly more standard moving services, though since meeting the team I would imagine those to also be well worth it.Read more

Our move from Johannesburg to Pretoria with HouseHoppers was absolutely stress-free. [name removed by sirelo] arrived before the team and went through everything with us, giving us peace of mind. We actually left the team to it and went out for breakfast while it was all happening! I highly recommend HouseHoppers.

The staff are super efficient, polite, friendly, have great humour and demeanor and did an absolute amazing job. Nothing was a problem for them at all.
