Agent who was assigned to our move - pathetic. Had to ask for Quotes.
2nd hand boxes used.
Paid for packing and unpacking - unpacking didn’t happen.
Office personnel unprofessional, not helpful and have no idea what is happening after a Quote is given.
Items were broken, a inside door damaged. 2weeks after our move - still no contact from anyone. The list go on an on.
I will never recommend them neither use them again.
It was the mist stressful move we had.

[Name removed by Sirelo] from Pickfords Durban kept me updated all the way. My plenty of phone calls were always answered friendly and helpfull. The delivery team were very friendly and unpacked the items as per my request. They went out of their way to assist. Thank you everyone you are real super stars!

Pretty good, just a little bit of miscommunication between the team and their head office. We have yet to have things arrive in the US so cant comment about that.

My previous experience was so good I again used them for my move to plettenburg bay and again was not disappointed. [name removed by Sirelo] from Cape Town assisted with getting the paperwork done [name removed by Sirelo] also based in Cape Town was in constant contact with the actual move and with it raining at the time, calmed me down and true to his promise the move went smoothly and professionaly. The movers were polite efficient and very helpful, I would recommend Pickfords to anyone on the move. May they grow from strength to strength. Lynn Van Leeve

Want to give thanks to [name removed by Sirelo] in your PE branch her services was excellent she was always available to answer questions and assist in all ways. On receiving the goods they were packed secure in a crate no damage to any of the items.

I trusted pickfords to move my priceless irreplaceable valuable statue and gave clear instructions to crate my statue in a timber crate. I got confirmation IN WRITING that it would be crated and then my item arrived wrapped in plastic and smashed to pieces. No crate, not even in a box!! I lost a fortune and they refused to accept any responsibility for their negligence and breach of agreement when it arrived smashed in pieces!! Pickfords cannot be trusted to do what they promise and they don’t have the integrity to back their service. They will fail you then throw their contract in your face and just walk away #pickfordsremovals #pickfordssa #pickfords #pickfords
