Firstly, the load was sub contracted. Didn't receive my goods on the day promised. Received it 2 days later. Poor communication.
Full payment was asked for almost a week before receiving my goods.

What a Terrible&frustrating experience,furniture was delivered dusty&dirty and refrigerator got dents,wardrobe is badly damaged I mean it’s beyond repairs there’s absolutely nothing we can do about it,we Called the lady at their office to inform her about the incident and she insulted the person who was trying to address the matter calling him a scam and a lot of harsh words and this person she insulted is the one who made payments and I communicated with her and she said will do an investigation about this incident and get back to me.she gave me feedback back saying they apologise and I denied to take insurance that was offered to me I find her response rude after 8full day of not giving me anything feedback and I was the one who had to go after her whether they will replace it or not, they should have specified that they only take good care of insured goods only as for someone who didn’t insure her/his goods will not be at good hands which is what happened to us.there is a part that says if “your goods got lost or damaged in our care we will be liable “but the feedback she gave me says the opposite of what is written in their terms&conditions.she’s only good at collecting payments on that field she’s number one she was calling left,right and leaving messages on WhatsApp for payment to be done argh.all in all they did nothing about the damaged wardrobe.

I regret the day I chose the company to move my items. Our furniture was collected on the 26th delivered on the 4th. My car was collected on the 27th and never delivered. They don't have customer service. They don't communicate

dreadful... got amounts on invoice wrong had to request to change then moved from jhbg to mpumalanga and had to put my items in storage in kyasands. my goods were then moved and put into storage in mpumalanga as house renovations were not complete... i was at storage in mpumlanga when goods arrived and this is a friend's store room .. i watched unloading. so items never went missing here... now that i am unpacking so many of my goods are missing .. many many kitchen items and a beautiful rug. when i queried this i was advised i should have checked.. i thought that is their job. i am so annoyed as many irreplaceble items are missing . my fridge arrived without water connections. i was advised when i arrived that they found a mirror in my previous home that they forgot to pack.. someone in this company is sitting with my items or did it fall off the truck on the way here... i am so annoyed

Such bad service - where to begin?! I had asked them to move my belongings a bit earlier so that they would deliver them on the 1st of April (they had about 5 days between pick up and delivery). My belongings were collected and I was happy with the guys that did that job. I made sure on a number of occasions to ensure that my request to deliver on the 1st was understood. We drove to JHB eventually getting there 2 days before they had to deliver. On the agreed day of delivery, [name removed by Sirelo] (who seems to be the boss) said they will only know when the truck is close what time they will deliver that day. I had already arranged with the estate agents that I will collect the keys on the 1st when I drive up to move in (I was staying with family about 60km away from my place) and I wasn't going to make that drive just to get the keys and go back home only to drive back when the movers got there (this was a Thursday of the long weekend). Fast forward a few hours and calls and emails, [name removed by Sirelo] then tells us that the truck is stuck in Bloemfontein because someone isn't home to receive their items and therefore we cannot move in on the day. We fought with them, to the point that we got blocked by [name removed by Sirelo], who was the only contact we had at the time, with no idea of where our belongings were. Eventually on Sunday we get a call from the movers that they were on the way to deliver and without the key to the apartment, we had to make arrangements to have our items moved into my mother's house.
As a result of all this drama and having read other reviews, we involved a lawyer to move things along for us (that was the only time they actually opened communications and we were put in contact with the logistics manager. We had to spend money on data to remain connected and do work while sorting out the move from my mom's place to our apartment. So, this [name removed by Sirelo] said she would then compensate for our inconvenience, for which we expensed the legal fees and the airtime and data we had to buy/ To this day they only want to pay for accommodation expenses (how would I expense staying at my mother's? a setting far more comfortable than a 5 star hotel?).
I implore anyone to not use these crooks unless you want to cry and lose your hair over their BS.Read more
