The move went well until the point of off load. The Driver and the crew never offloaded our bedroom lamps (which I didn't even see in the truck after offloading as they had hid it away) as well as a baby changing station board which they were also supposed to leave behind but didn't.
The driver made empty promises to offload the things by our place the next day and it has been 4 days since.
Clearly theft has happened and thus we are involving the police.

❗️❗️❗️ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC AMATEUR HOUR!!!! ❗️ STAY AWAY!!!!
So much damage to property after multiple failings to keep time and promises. Held me ransom for pay once the job was done and would not empty truck after querying damaged items. I am telling you. Stay away. I am yet to receive apology and insurance claim back from owner Hetisani Masingi.
- Promised my own moving truck. Squeezed items (which subsequently lead to damage) with another persons property.
- Promised 3 guys for the job, brought 2. I spent the whole day following up and helping men load.
- Can’t keep time!!!
- Trucks were in absolutely horrendous state and could hardly move.
- The false promises were endless.
- I am absolutely distraught at the loss of my property and treasured family items. 😔💔
- After all of this— I STILL PAID IN FULL: R17980 later!!! This is not even the full extent of the damage.
You have all been warned. Save your money! Heti. If you are reading this and care at all to have some dignity you will seek to rectify this or I will be seeking legal action.Read more

We use this company.Its the most terrible experience We ever had with a moving company.First they arrive late not only a hour but 4 hours late.Then when they got there they were only supposed to pack my stuff on the lorrie.It took them the whole day.They dont bubble wrap your stuff even when they charge you for it.They did not even bring the cage for our dogs.When they arived at our new home after almost 21 houers of driving our furniture was broken.Anyone who ever wants to use this company please give me a call first because i can show you pictures of my furniture.If you call thw owner all he say is dont warry insurance will cover it.2weeks later we still wait for insurance people.

TakeHome is the best. I had to go to work, I asked the guys to be here at 5am before i go to work and by 04:50 they were here to assist me on moving out my furniture.
The guys were so efficient and i managed to be at work on time 🔥🔥🔥

Hi.
Very friendly service and guys with never said anything is too heavy.....
Also did not damage any goods and worked at good pace(no dwalling)
