We hired Afriworld to transport furniture from Nelspruit to Randburg. They then contracted another company who in turn contracted another company. The truck only showed up 6 hours after the promised arrival time, after constant check ins. The truck was full upon arrival and no solution offered other than splitting our load. They then sent another truck 2 days later which wanted to arrive 5 hours after our arranged time at 9o'clock at night and then deliver that same night which would have been early morning hours 3 days after our original time.
The staff refused a refund even though it was their fault. [Name removed by Sirelo] is rude, does not offer assistance and has poor customer service.

Driver has attitude and asking more money. Cant drive into places to load or offload. My stuff was broken end damaged.
