Wow. Didn't know you still get real, decent and affordable furniture moving agencies. Albertinia Meubelvervoer actually wants to help. And they kept the cost as low as possible. They were punctual, straightforward and honest. We used them for 2 pieces of furniture from Modimolle to George. They even did this with flair. I cannot recommend them high enough.

A most impressive service delivery. Kept us updated on intended arrival. Packaged and wrapped everything with care. Really effective loading of the truck. Friendly and respectful interactions, often with humour attached. Really positive and cooperative and willing to assist without complaint. Placed our heavy furniture where we requested and moved it inch by inch to our satisfaction. Worked with speedy efficiency and responded very well to colour coding of rooms to corresponding boxes. Highly recommend this service.

So many broken and damaged items! Tried several times to speak to owners, but if not in hospital, then overseas or other flimsy excuses. Going onto a month to sort this out. Tomorrow meneer!! If I don't follow up, no response. Broken items already picked up 2 weeks ago! Latest now, a director will contact you on Monday. Heard and saw positive reviews, that made me decided to use them. I went to visit my stored furniture once. Had to inform them per email a whole week in advance. Firstly, the staff member took me to the wrong premises, then we went over the road to another premises. At first keys did not work, then back to the office to get other keys and 2 assistants. Eventually they broke the lock and let me in. I discovered it was not even my property!!!! Then back to the office ... Oops sorry wrong storage unit. Eventually found my property after an hour. All covered in layers and layers of dust. Potplants stored outside my storage unit, bone dry. Could see it wasn't watered for weeks, some died. What a absoluut nightmare!! Second time that we have used them from Middelburg(MP) to Mosselbay and won't recommend anyone else. Excellent and timeous service from the first call to delivery. Excellent staff đź‘Ź
