I recently used Careful Movers to move my furniture from my old apartment to my new home, and I was blown away by their professionalism and efficiency. From the initial quote to the final delivery, the team was courteous, punctual, and careful with my belongings.
The movers were well-organized, wrapped my furniture carefully, and loaded/unloaded everything with ease. They even helped me assemble and disassemble some pieces, which was a huge bonus.
The price was very competitive, and the communication was top-notch. I would highly recommend Careful Movers to anyone in need of reliable and stress-free furniture removal services.

Review for Moving Truck Company: Careful Removers
What a disappointment!
Careful Removers was scheduled to pick up our moving load on 30 December 2024, but they only arrived three days later—two hours past the rescheduled time.
From the very beginning, their communication was appalling. The office did not respond to calls, and the truck drivers were equally unresponsive. Upon arrival, the drivers insisted on using our home for showering and demanded food, which was unprofessional and unacceptable.
The situation worsened when the drivers mentioned their truck was not compliant with road regulations and feared being stopped by the police. To add to the chaos, they later reported a flat tire, delaying our move even further.
My husband was supposed to start his job in Nelspruit on 2 January 2024, and I drove ahead on 30 December to meet the truck, expecting delivery within the agreed 24-hour timeframe. It is now five days later, and the delivery is still delayed. The company cannot provide a delivery time or even confirm the correct delivery address.
The poor communication and lack of professionalism from both the office staff and the drivers are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced with other moving companies.
I will never use Careful Removers again and will never recommend them to anyone. Their service is completely unreliable and unprofessional.Read more
