I had a terrible experience. They firstly arrived late on delivery and collection. Then unassembled my hanging chair and lost all the parts. They took my bubble wrap and pallets wrap and promised to refund me and haven’t done so. It’s been 2 months since my move and hasn’t be finalised. They don’t return calls and while speaking to them they cut you off and don return calls.

These guys were the worst movers we've ever experienced. You name it, unprofessional, underquote, and total disregard for your furniture and belongings.

The guys did a great job from the admin to the packers. I was happy with the whole experience, effortless! I would recommend these guys for any long distance move.
