Worst experience ever!! They took the full payment have stopped all communication! Don't know if my freight ever left the country or where it is pure evil these people!
Everything about these people is negative. I left with one suitcase and everything I own they have and refuse to let me know where the hell it is! Will be making a police report and opening up a lawsuit

Paid over R180000.00 to have my belongings shipped from Johannesburg South Africa to Oregon USA. I paid in full to my detriment! BOS picked up my belongings and dumped it in a warehouse in Cape Town. After 4 month of my goods not arriving and no contact from [Name removed by Sirelo], my brother tracked down my goods and brought it back up to Johannesburg. [Name removed by Sirelo] is missing in action .. with ALL my money. They have blocked me on email as I have opened a case of fraud with SAPD. Never use them!!! Anyone rushing to join my fraud case can contact me!!

Poor poor service. Im still waiting fir my stuff to be delivered and had to pay for an extra nights accommodation as i had no bed to sleep in. Bos logistics fails to answer any calls made to them. I will not recommend this company to anyone and will be posting them across all social media platforms.

Scammers and criminals! 18 months of waiting. Paid more than double after numerous extortions over the 18 months. Had to organize and pay my own road transportation and delivery. Hope they will be charged soon .

We started with a quote for ZAR15000 and by the time I had unknotted the mess they had created in Melbourne the bill is over AUD6000 not to mention the AUD 775 that the local agent is also down the tube due to the shonky behaviour of BOS Logistics. There is damage to the shipment, largely due to the shoddy packaging, but I am pretty sure they have not paid the insurance they charged me ZAR4000 for.
