What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We offer all risk transit liability cover as well as total loss cover as a budget option - on an open marine policy with an underwriter. In the unlikley event of damages, a claims process is in place.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Do your homework when selecting a mover. Read reviews, not fancy mover-organization logos.
Provide your mover with accurate info on your needs, for the most accurate quotation to avoid surprises, and compare apples with apples in terms of shipment size and inclusions / exclusions.

Was a good experience from start to finish. Very accommodating and even helped to get the offroad motorbikes cleaned an crated, ready for inspection this side.

We have used Econotrans twice, the first time moving from South Africa to Cyprus and then again to ship items from South Africa to the UK. Each time [name removed by Sirelo] was an absolute star. We had minimal damage, the team was efficient, polite and well organized. Pricing was competitive and we would not hesitate to use their services again.

Communication was great through out and they went way beyond with excellent service. Packing was done on time and whatever went wrong was made up for 110%

We have 4 x 40ft shared containers ready to ship from Cape Town and Johannesburg but getting booking space and a reliable shipping schedule is a real problem throughout the industry.
