Extremely disappointed with this company. The communication and follow up is horrendous! After numerous phone calls to follow up with a over night delivery that became 5 days later it looks like our parcel is just not going to be on time. No updates on where the parcel is and no one is picking up the land line. it is 16:32 on a Monday afternoon.
