Very good communication prior to the move. Received an sms day before the move with the expected time the truck will arrive. Truck arrived on time the next day. Moving staff was friendly, very helpful and patient. Nothing was damaged during the move. We had an excellent experience and will recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company. They truly did go the extra mile.

They really went out of their way to accommodate us. I was contacted to discuss options. And kept up to date during the actual move. Both loading and off loading took leas than 2 hours.

The crew managed to find the box that had my wife’s jewelry in it and removed the jewelry and other valuable items. Management does not take customer complaints seriously at all and seems to be hoping that if they ignore the situation, it will simply disappear.

Referring to our terms (clause 2.6), which specifies that jewelry, ammunition, keys, medals, laptops, cell phones, tablets, and firearms must be transported by the owner, please note that communication channels with our OPS manager, Richard, are always open and available.
