First he told us we can leave so long while they loading. Why? Screamed at his partner for loading our wood that was on the inventory. Some stuff on the inventory we loaded ourselfs onto our trailer. We had damage from previouce move, he said he is going to take photos so that we know what is new damages and what is old, he never did. We got new damages, when I send him the photos he got ugly. He wanted his money before they even arrived with our furniture screamed at me after I said no when you stop here with my furniture I will make final payment. My husbands cupboard was put upside down, some off my boxes was upside down. Very heavy boxes was put ontop of very fragile boxes. Each box was marked and said heavy fragile ext. After they offloaded he did not come in and check with me if everything was ok he just wanted to leave. When I asked him for the photos he was going to take he said he doesnt have a week for my move, but he was the one that said he wad gonna take photos. When I told him we got a cheaper quote he said I must send it to him he said he will charge me R1500 less than his original quote and will not charge me extra for my animals. We still took him even though the other quote was cheaper cause he took transported our animals. Our birds and dogs was put in a back off a van with plants, our tv some tools and subhoover. When I send him the photos he got very ugly amd said I just want to claim. I never even mentioned anything about a claim. His partner asked me if everything looks ok, I said to him I cant really tell its late I will let them know the next day. He said no problem. So thats what I did. He told me I had to look that same night. I said to him me and your partner spoke and he said I must let them know the next day. In our conversations he said he knows people like me I just want to claim and if I put any reviews anywhere he will take me to court. Aparantly he was in court 5 to 6 times with people like me. My opinion he didnt care about our stuff because we already had damages. He promised me there wont be any ekstra damages, not true, many damages ekstra. Very unproffesional . Very nice untill he starts loading your furniture. He has 2 trailers a van and a bakkie. Some off the garage stuff was chucked ontop off my furniture. And he was very irretated cause he was tired. I feel if people pay you you deliver a service not a favour. I was even told I didnt thank to hard working men witch was not true I said thank you about 3 times and he said its a shame. I said its a shame by taking peoples hard worked money and telling lies that all will be ok and when you say something you the bad one.
