We shipped out goods over in November and till today have not received any tracking or shipment number. Ignoring our calls and emails after making empty promises. Its been 8 months and nothing?? We had to pay extra port and custom charges in February which they probably put in their own pockets. We will probably never see our precious memories again. I honestly do not know how these people have not been stopped by the law. How many more innocent victims will it take before someone acts on out behalf? They do not reply and do not get you any answers, they are liars and make empty promises.
