What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
There is insurance that can be taken out for damages if you are looking at repairing and replacing but as a company we offer a set rebate for damages in our contract.
We suggest that proper wrapping is done and insurance is taken out as accident do happen.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Take your time, sort though your items when packing up your house (If you are doing this yourself). Breathe and take the reassurance that the company you have chosen to handle your relocation has done several thousand moves before your move so what might be a new and daunting experience for you is a everyday job for the removal company.

Their price was really good compared to others who also quoted me. They handled my furniture very well, nothing was broken and I could see how the loaders handle everyone's goods. Short notice was given on the loading date and time, but it all went well in the end. I am very happy that I used Legend Removals.

What a bad experience. On collection day they were 4 for late with little to no communications. They were suppose to load at 12 but only arrived past 5 with a trailer and not the 4 ton truck as communicated. On arrival they did not arrange for a shuttle and when that finally arrived it was a small bakkie with a make shift canpopy that could only transport small things. Im so disappointed in the service I received from legend Transport.

its sad that i read this review, Forgive me that we arrived late, you are lying when you say it was not communicated, It was communicated before the move day and on the move day. I do feel your review is rather harsh after the extra work at the storage, lifting everything onto the 2nd floor with a make shift forklift, the extra items not being charged for.
Suppose the tardiness that you got warned about and compensated for ruined what otherwise was good move.
