Although very pleasant on the phone, Nathan's team arrived 3 hours late yesterday at 5pm. Team agreed to return today as still needed to vote.
Then received notification at 10.29pm last night cancelling!
Advice to Nathan, you cannot co-ordinate a team long distance, being present works best.
