When I received my furniture, it was filthy and 2 pieces were broken. On almost all my furniture, there were scrapes and scratches. I wish I could attach photos here, so that people can see how little respect these movers have for ones possessions.

Not happy with the after sales service received from [name removed by Sirelo] at Amazing Transport Sandton. I have attempted to make contact but no one has bothered to come back to me. The truck used in the move damaged the electric fence at the complex we moved in to and seems like Amazing Transport doesn't care much about that . I explicitly asked them prior booking what their policy was on damage to goods during the move. I was re assured that they take the greatest care but if anything were to happen they would take each case on it's merits - well that didn't happen - made me to feel that my complaint wasn't taken seriously.

This is the worst transport company every. They collected my house furnature in jhb on 29th May and was supposed to be delivered on the 1st June in CPT. On thursday the 31st May [name removed by Sirelo] called me to say the truck broke down and will be in CPT to deliver my stuff on Saturday the 2nd June. Allready i saw there will be issues. On Saturday the 2nd June i sent a email to [name removed by Sirelo] again and again stories and he said Sunday the 3rd my stuff will be here. On Sunday the 3rd [name removed by Sirelo] gave me the supervisor's number on the truck. When i called them they confirmed they are offloading someone elses stuff 1st. When the truck arrived finally the supervisor confirmed they only left JHB on Saturday the 2nd because on Wednesday the 30th they went to Mphumulanga 1st. This whole time i have told [name removed by Sirelo] our food is going off because they have my fridges and we dont have clean cloths. Amazing transport lies to they're clients and cost you more money than you budgetted on. People dont ever use them. They are by far the worst ever.Read more

The shuttle that was arranged and paid for only arrived after the van with the furniture had already left the first premise. The move started at 13h00 and the shuttle only arrived at 15h15 after the van had already left. Mr [name removed by Sirelo] refuses to refund me for the shuttle service.
furniture was damp/wet after move.
workers kept wanting to stop for a lunch break.

They made moving an extremely unpleasant experience and they were very late ...customer service was shouting and threatened me on the phone and most things arrived damaged.
