What makes your company stand out?

We are owner operated and run in our own custom built facility. We use only the best packing materials, which are costlier than most but it leads to fewer damages and claims and thus a better moving experience for both the customer and ourselves. As far as we are aware, we are also one of the only movers to offer the security trunk on every move for customers to put in their private and valuable items.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We are under written by Hollard Insurers. We can offer, both fully comprehensive and total loss cover at very competitive rates. All moves are photographed and labelled and recorded on an inventory, to avoid any issues down the line. Our warehouse is also completely covered with CCTV, including the loading so any issues can be checked and confirmed.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Read the fine print. There are lots of cheap tricks to make your price look the best, only to hit customers with hidden costs later on. Make sure that the cargo dues and destination THC is included. Make sure that your currency rate is current. We also extensively photograph everything before the move so that there is no argument afterwards. Remember that moving around the world is hazardous even with the best packing so make sure that you understand the cover offered and are properly covered.

I choose this company because their charges were more reasonable. However I receive disturbing emails from their office every day asking me to pay extra for different excuses, The email I received today they again ask for more money as they claim my house hold are being inspected by custom and I should pay extra for storage. They finished packing my household only last Wednesday. They told me if any delay they will store my household for a month free of charges. The day of the packing I find those workers far from being professional. They were rude and even packed the items I told them repeatedly not to pack, I really regretted choosing this company. They are horrible. I recently lost my husband and all our bank accounts and assets are frozen due to his death. I borrowed money to send my household to Australia. On top of my personal pain and problem this cruel company making my life more difficult and unbearable.

They lied about their charges and didn't give me adequate information

We are busy assisting L.S. with her move. There are no additional or added charges from our side. Customs stopped her container for a physical inspection which caused the container to miss the vessel. We do not mark up any additional charges and all work is done at our cost. We are doing our best to rectify the situation and assist L.S. through the process. I will amend the post once the saga is complete. For now, we are storing the load at our warehouse at no charge to her.
