MESSAGE SENT TO THEM VIA CONTACT US ON THEIR WEBSITE. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED>
I would just like to inform you of our dissatisfaction with the service we received when you attended to our move last Friday. We booked a 8 ton closed truck and indicated that we believe it will be at least 2 trips.
A Bakkie with a Trailer instead arrived..... when I complained a 4 ton truck eventually arrived to assist.
Some of my items were water damaged due to it being transported in an open bakkie and I had to move loads with my own bakkie to assist. All of my furniture was not moved and I do not believe that I received my monied worth. I definitely did not get 2 8 ton loads worth.
When I complained I was told that I am unreasonable and they insisted that I pay the full amount even though I indicated to both the office and the team leaders that I am not in agreement that I should pay for 2 8 Ton Loads when I clearly did not receive this.

To start with they were later than the appointed time (which is fine because they did inform me). The disappointment is that once the truck was loaded they told me that because they could not load everything, that I would need to pay more money for another load (which was not explained to me on consultation). Also, before they loaded I walked the gentleman through the whole place to show what needs to be loaded- he could've mentioned this to me at that time. I then had to call around (the office number just rang and the lady whom I was communicating with leading up to the move was not answering her phone). I wanted to find out what happened and what the way forward is. A gentlemen by the name of Denver answered. I explained the situation to him and he then explained to me that sometimes there are more items than anticipated then they would need to do a second load which would then need to be paid for. I told him that I fully understand, but that it should have been explained to me in the beginning. The reason I went with them was because the price was within my price range and that is what I had budgeted for. He assured me that the guys would go back for the second load and guess what? They never did. I then sent an e-mail on the same day when I discovered that they never went back...up to today I still have not heard from them. I sent another mail on The Monday...still nothing. I was really hurt and disappointed. I would have given them extra for the secede load because we did discuss it. But they just disappeared after takin my money. I then had to do trips with my car that evening before curfew started as well as find someone else to move the rest of my goodies on the Saturday morning. I would love to get my story out there to save someone else from going through the same thing. I sent a mail to them; I cannot find them on Facebook. Will keep trying. I will also try Hello Peter.

No customer service - did not hear from them after my query, no communication, left client stranded
