I would just like to inform you of our dissatisfaction with the service we received when you attended to our move last Friday. We booked a 8 ton closed truck and indicated that we believe it will be at least 2 trips.
A Bakkie with a Trailer instead arrived..... when I complained a 4 ton truck eventually arrived to assist.
Some of my items were water damaged due to it being transported in an open bakkie and I had to move loads with my own bakkie to assist. All of my furniture was not moved and I do not believe that I received my monied worth. I definitely did not get 2 8 ton loads worth.
When I complained I was told that I am unreasonable and they insisted that I pay the full amount even though I indicated to both the office and the team leaders that I am not in agreement that I should pay for 2 8 Ton Loads when I clearly did not receive this.
