I was very disappointed by the move on the 30 April.
I was quoted an amount as per quote form only for one van and trailer to be sent. The owner said the quote wasn't actioned properly and had to pay in additional amount. A second van an trailer was sent without me being their to supervise the packing.
My furniture and plants were damaged and my sons air pods was damaged.
Very disappointed by the pathetic service.

The initial correspondence and coordination were swift and professional. However, when it came to the actual delivery of the service requested, it wasn't great. We requested packing as well as moving and unpacking. The packing - they ran out of boxes and needed us to provide packing materials. The move itself was okay with no issues. The unpacking was an absolute disaster which we wish we had never requested or paid for - disappointing to say the least, with absolutely no professionalism or care shown. Boxes were left everywhere and half unpacked, some not at all. Overall, I wouldn't use any additional services from Fourways Movers besides the actual move. Overall, disappointed.
