Ordered a 12 ton truck but instead a 6 ton arrived with no prior information given as to the reason why they were going to send a 6 ton. Only when I asked I was told the 12 ton truck was in Cape Town did not arrive back in time.
Had to do two loads going back and forth from my previous home instead of one trip.
Staff were excellent, hard working and patient.
On our arrival at the new house the previous owner were still moving out.
They assisted them and took good Care of my equipment and put things where I wanted them to be.
