Mr.Smooth, does not pay out on genuine claims to damage of our property occurred during the move.even though they maintain that they are insured.

Around a year ago, one of their trucks drove into me on Sandton drive - I was on the way to my wife in hospital. Took the truck and driver details, he did not have a South African license. Driver and a number of men with him were highly aggressive, pushed me around and I had a toddler in the car. Called the owner who understood, even asked him to meet me at the hospital. Both owner and driver subsequently reneged and denied that they drove into me - was on Sandton drive, driver could not slow his truck down because he was going to fast down hill.

This was the best possible experience we could have with a moving company. They take care when packing and unpacking. Friendly and professional, I wil always recommend them, there is no way we could have had a better experience than the one we had.
