Although we had to pay immediately, it took more than a week with numerous phone calls to get our refund. We asked that the carpets are cleaned. The operations manager did not respond to any of my emails. Although the actual packing was conducted well, the back office is a mess with a complete lack of customer service. The communication is poor and unprofessional.
UPDATE (response to Selection): The point is not about the carpets (that was the least of my worries) but the poor communication, lack of apologies, lack of explanation, poor back office support and being held ransom with a threat of holding our furniture. Also the inconsistency between volume of truck costing and then added items.Read more
