About
Two Men and a Truck are a moving company doing furniture removals in both Johannesburg and Cape Town. (Local moves in Joburg and the surrounds and local moves within the Western Cape).
They specialise in home moves, office moves and mini moves in both Johannesburg and Cape Town. They also offer wrapping, hoisting, dismantling-reassembley, empty box delivery and box packing as required.
Two Men and a Truck have been doing furniture removals since January 2013. What started as a single vehicle operating in Cape Town has grown to 9 vehicles in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Their growth has been largely due to word of mouth - in other words their previous customers tell their friends about their great experience with our bookings team and moving teams.Read more

Most efficient moving experience I’ve ever had. Everything, including large furniture and appliances, was loaded onto the truck in 15-20 minutes and unloaded in the same time. I was moving about 30 minutes from where I stayed before and my entire moving process took around about an hour. They were also extremely punctual. I had booked for 8am and they had arrived by 7:45. My entire move was done by 9am. Despite their efficiency, nothing was scratched, damaged or broken and all my glassware survived the move. The booking process was also simple and easy to follow and Yolanda gave me a call to confirm everything about my booking and sent me and email doing the same. 10 out of 10!!!

Two Men and a Truck Johannesburg team made our house move on Monday a pleasant, efficient and professional process! The team of 6 men headed by the capable Hanif and strong Maxwell were friendly, helpful, professional and delightful and dressed so nicely in denim dungarees or pants with crisp white tshirts. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services.

I found Two Men and a Truck online when looking for a company to assist my parents in their move. From the start, the process was smooth and easy. We made a detailed list of the items we needed moved and they supplied an instant online quote. The office was also super helpful and knowledgeable when discussing the details telephonically.
On the day, we couldn’t have been more happy with the team. The team leader Maxwell was calm and kind and really helped my parents feel at ease during their stressful time. The team was quick and professional and respectful with all my parents’ belongings.
