I ordered products from café lux in cape town. I have been informed by café lux on 7 December that my parcel will be delivered on 9 December, on the 9th I have not received my parcel and was told by Fright Care Logistics that the parcel will be delivered on Monday 12 December, so the Monday of the 12th came and I have not received my parcel or a phone call from Freight Care Logistics. After calling Freight Care Logistics I was Promised it would be delivered on 13 December Tuesday first thing in the morning and they will phone me to let me know what time the driver will deliver my parcel, so the Morning went by and I have not received my parcel or a phone call from Freight Care Logistics ,I had appointments to attend the afternoon I decided to phone them the afternoon as I needed to plan my appointment and make sure there is someone at home to collect the parcel. The office then put me thru to the driver and the driver then had a lot of excuses and said he wont make it, then phoned the office again and asked them on what's going on with the delivery as I made sure I was home the entire day to receive the parcel, the driver then phoned me back and said he will deliver the parcel but will be around 17:00,I said its fine and then had to delay my appointment again. So 17:00 on 13 December went by and still no parcel. I phoned the driver multiple times and just got his voice mail. The driver could not even let me know that he would not make it at all. A little bit of feedback would have been nice.
So thank you Fright Care Logistics for screwing around with my time and lying to me and having no respect for my time. Today on 14 December still no call back or any update on my delivery. The driver called me at 15:17 on 14 Dec saying he is at my house after I asked them to let me know when they are on their way. Unfortunately I was not home so still no parcel.
My experience with Freight Care Logistics is not great, what they say and what they do is not the same thing. Calling them you will be transferred multiple times with the phone not being answered, its really frustrating just trying to get info on your delivery. From when I got the notification that my parcel is shipped its been six days and the parcel has still not been delivered .I will NOT buy from Café Lux again as I don't want do deal with Freight Care Logistics again, its a pity that Café Lux have to loose a clients due to Freight Care Logistics but when they do have a new courier available I would definitely buy from Café lux again.
