Horrible experience. Missing and damaged items and no accountability. Poor communication from their side regarding the follow up of missing and damaged items. I have at least 6 items that where extremely well packed which have been damaged and a television that is missing. I recently discovered that some of the boxes with our clothes did not arrive as well. They always sound friendly on the phone but have excuses when it comes time to follow up.
