Sirelo asks...

What makes your company stand out?

Honestly and integrity. We don't sugar coat or give false information to clients. We explain all costs in detail and also explain any additional charges that could arise. We are also available on WhatsApp through our business group at 079 575 1006.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Our clients have the option to take out insurance for either total loss or full comprehensive. On full comprehensive, this will cover them for brakeage or theft. We also have our own company and liability insurance as well as goods in transit insurance up to export.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

The best advice we could give is make sure you quotes are fully inclusive of all charges from point of origin to destination. There are a lot of times where companies don't charge the client for arrival charges, only clearance and delivery. So, when the goods arrive that all of a sudden get a surprise invoice from the agents for these additional charges.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
My dad died and I trusted SAGlobal with a few precious items I wanted to take back to the UK. They appeared to be helpful and sympathetic little did I know that they would take my items, not package them properly and then hold me to ransom. Started with a fake customs search which I had to pay for and then they shipped my items to the UK and didn’t pay the shipping company. My items along with the items of 6 other people were stuck in the Uk incurring huge costs which we had to pay otherwise our items would have been destroyed. This is not a one off it’s their way of doing business. They do not care about you or your belongings. They prey and make money on people who trust them with their most precious possessions.

In reply to statements in Sirelo asks profile.SA Global are NOT honest, they DO give false information. Emails of constant delays, taking over 1year to unsuccessfully get my goods delivered after stating it would take 6 to 8 weeks. They do NOT explain all additional costs/charges of storage fees, threats of confiscation of goods, extra delivery fees even though you pay for a full door to door service. All incurred due to SA Global's failure to pay the shipping company invoice on time. They do NOT explain that due to their failure to honour previous unpaid invoices, they cannot secure a partner removal company at your destination to accept and release the container. They do NOT explain that the container accrues storage fees amounting to £ thousands, while they delay and then attempt to extort the fees from consignees to pay their debt. Meanwhile your goods are under threat of confiscation or distrùction. They do NOT explain that if you are lucky enough to get the shipping company to release your container, you then still have clearance and delivery fees to pay because at this point SA Global have washed their hands and left you to deal with it all. Their best advise of fully inclusive quotes of all charges from point of origin to destination is a false statement. I have evidence that as in mine and many many other customers experience, unless you pay all the extra costs and fees yourself at your destination, you will loose your goods. You will then have the added stress and frustration of dealing with SA Globals appointed Litigation Company Pisanti, to attempt to recover your 'Extra costs/fees' from SA Global. Who will only offer you a payment plan of less than your outlaid costs and not guaranteed to be paid in full even if you go to the expense of employing a lawyer to act on your behalf. And it goes ON and ON. My question to you Sirelo is; 1, How do you vet companies that you allow to advertise on your platform? 2, Why do you allow them to continue to advertise after they have been exposed of using the same modus operandi over and over again? 3, Do you as a company not have a duty of care to your customers to protect them from this kind of extaution? 4, How do we STOP them from continuing to abuse customers, if you DO NOT STOP them from advertising? I am a 66yr old woman, living in a caravan on a very limited pension. I have been mentally effected beyond comprehension with the stress that I have endured during this 13month experience, and all because I responded to YOUR recommendation to use SA Global Removals. PLEASE PLEASE, I am pleading with you Sirelo to take them down and remove SA Global from your platform. As you are either unwittingly or willingly complicit in causing your customers irrefutable harm. To anyone considering DO NOT USE SA GLOBAL for your own sanity.Read more

I paid 100% fees upfront. My shipment was picked by SA Global CCF on 14-Jan-25 and 15-Jan-25 with an email commitment to deliver in 6 to 8 weeks. It is now almost 9 months and I have no committed date of delivery. All I have is demand for additional fees, deflection of responsibility and coercion. Please do not use this service. I have to give atleast 1 star - if it was up to me I would have rated them negative 5.

Review of SAGLOBAL (2024–2025)

My experience with SAGLOBAL has been an absolute nightmare. Nothing was packed properly. Wrong documents were given. They failed to make payments to Hapag-Lloyd in South Africa, leaving shipping agents owed so much money that my container has been refused. My belongings are now stuck in storage, with fees already nearing £12,000 and rising daily, with no resolution in sight.

Their solicitors recently admitted that SAGLOBAL failed to secure third-party loans to cover the fees. Instead of resolving the issue, they attempted to extort more money from me — first demanding £2,000, then reducing it to £1,000.

Since then, I have discovered many others who have suffered the same or worse treatment. This is not the first time key individuals behind SAGLOBAL have been involved in misconduct. [Names removed by Sirelo] were previously investigated by [Name removed by Sirelo] in Emigration Nightmare, Episode 13 (available on YouTube). Despite this, they have since teamed up with [Names removed by Sirelo] (they all live together) and [Name removed by Sirelo] to form SAGLOBAL, continuing the same unethical practices.

I also have written confirmation, signed by [Name removed by Sirelo], where SAGLOBAL admits liability for what has happened.

I cannot stress this enough: do not use this company. You will regret it. I have encouraged other affected people to come forward and leave reviews so that no one else suffers the same fate.
