The communication was very bad. I spoke to a lady who referred to herself as Kimberly. She promised to deliver within 4 days and ended up taking 2 weeks. At some point she disappeared and we had to go and check at the warehouse if they still had our furniture. When the furniture finally arrived in Cape Town 2 weeks later, our TV stand had scratches and chipped on the corners. One of the beds was soaking wet, also had stains and water marks. To this day I am still waiting for a response from this company. This is after they requested money for wrapping. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Be careful they write their own reviews to improve their ratings.

Disgusting. And that is putting it mildly. Collection from East London was perfect, friendly and organised.
Delivery had been booked for Monday 29th September (a month in advance) only delivered on
2nd October. Communication non existent. We had to repeatedly phone and were told 'will contact the team and update you'. Never happened. Discovered, afternoon of 30th, after many of our phone calls that vehicle was still in Bloemfontein. Was stuck on a dirt road after heavy rain. Why the driver ever went down that road is beyond me.Thereafter kept being promised times and days which never happened. In fact were guaranteed delivery on the 1st, 100% guarantee. Never happened. Our extra costs were for a self-catering B&B 2 nights, food, petrol backwards and forwards, slept on a floor the last night as we could not book in (remember 100% guaranteed delivery) but offered no discount. In fact demanded the full outstanding balance before offloading. Items had been with them from Friday 26th, over 6 days. Could not see if all there, what condition they were in anything. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.Read more

Never use this company! They don't have their own trucks so they outsource everything and there is no communication between them and the delivery trucks. They collected my furniture an entire day late, at night (8pm)! They then told me I had to pay each guy moving my stuff R100 each even though the quote already included moving furniture from upstairs. I didn't have any cash so they made me ewallet them the money. They also gave me trouble whan delivering my things to my new address. I had to call the supervisor before my things were loaded onto a truck to my flat. They were supposed to deliver at 10:30 am and only arrived after 14:30. The guys then rushed and refused to assemble my furniture which was disasembled by them during collection! I had to then by MYSELF assemble furniture I had not assembled.
They might seem cheap initially but the money you pay the moving guys on the side is not included in their quotes, they don't even mention it until the truck guys are in your house demanding money! Your stuff will arrive absolutely DIRTY. As soon as I paid the deposit they became a nightmare till the very end!! I 100% regret using them and will NEVER use them again!Read more

I was just disappointed when they informed me in the last minute that my luggage was delayed by another client's luggage since it was a share transport. I had to call them to find out what was the delay and i was told that my luggage will only arrive later during the week of which this time around they delivered as promised. All my furniture was complete and in good condition.

Terrible!
Was supposed to pick up on Saturday 24th, but picked up 28th. Delivered only this morning, Thursday.
Added R2500 for shuttle service as their driver couldn't drive up the road, but previous moving company drove up and Delivered furniture right next to the townhouse.
Couldn't provide evidence of these additional costs and refused to offload before everything was paid.
Not happy at all with the service I got. Had to phone after them every day and had to have people on stand by for Saturday up to Wednesday, and pay them!, to wait for the truck to arrive, as I'm not on site.

Warning Please stay away for EFI removals. They are the worst company to entrust your belongings with. I moved from Ballito to Johannesburg and just by using this company and all their promises I have incurred the biggest lost of my life. Yes their quotation came in the lowest but lost thousands of rands in the process. A few of my boxes with extremly very valuable items went missing and instead I received other people's boxes. A few other things were also not delivered. They also broke so my TV unit and lost the doors. I have left so many messaged for the supervisor called [Name removed by Sirelo] to contact me and I'm just being ignored. It's was the worst moving experience ever. Please rather shop around BUT do not use this company.
