The worst ever ask for a move and promised to get back asap and 2 days later nothing sent photos and list of invetory but got aditude asking questions

Hello everyone,
We are an Ophthalmic instrument company.
One of our clinics with expensive equipment needed urgent relocation together with some furniture.
We contacted 'Little Loads' to arrange the move.
Claude, the owner was on the next level with his professional attention to detail on our request and what was expected from the move between clinics.
The quality of workmanship from his team really amazed us all. Every item was so neatly packed and secured.
