The guy we spoke to and paid is not answering our calls.
We have been promised a tracking number and we have got nothing.
We sleeping on the floor in the new house waiting for the truck

No updates on possible delays were given.
Lots of excuses and trucks are in poor condition
Lies about what is happening and when delivery will be done.
I flew down to Cpt town for the delivery on the Monday as they picked up my move on the Thursday. On Monday when I phoned them to confirm time, they haven't even left Jhb yet. Promised to be in Cpt on Wednesday. On Tuesday their truck broke down in Bloemfontein. Didn't allow me to send another company to pick up my stuff and promised to send a 2nd truck. 2nd Truck only arrived in Bloem on Wednesday. Said they will repack the truck and deliver my stuff first as I had a plane ticket for Friday. Shared trucks location on Thursday showing that it was on its way to Mossel bay and not Cpt. Missed delivery for Friday and caused me to reschedule my flight. Only arrived on Saturday, more than a week after collecting my stuff.
I had a lot of anxiety of where my stuff was and what was happening. Can't believe that timelines were agreed and they just kept changing the dates without considering the impact of their poor planning and schedule management. I will never trust this company again with any of my stuff. The new management has no clue about running a logistics company. I am hugely disappointed with the service I received.Read more
