before the move the movers were two and a half hours late, they broke items and we have items that are missing i would not recommend them to anyone.

We acknowledge your review. In the 5 years we have been in business this is the 1st negative review received.We have reached out several occasions trying to resolve your concerns with no response on your side even after you decided to hold back payment.
Our challenge is you had peers /friends move furniture from the flat to downstairs prior to our movers arrival and this is where the damages/missing items may possibly have occurred .
This is not recommended as movers are trained professionals.
