Very disappointed. I used this company in March 2018 for moving furniture. I was informed they had insurance to cover damages. Several items of my furniture were damaged in the move. I requested their insurance details but there was no response. The owner of the company did not take my complaints seriously, No-one even assessed the damages. They simply refused to attend to my complaint. I have emails and supporting documentation.

we had the most excellent experience with the company. The service are exilent, they helped us on 99 with the most decent price. They were on time the following day. Loaded the furniture and directly started the journey from Thabazimbi to Postmasburg. They kept us up to date as they traveld we had no broken furniture or particals.

The level of service and professionalism is appauling.
Trux Trans Logistics will collect your possessions and once they have them in their truck, they demand more money to release your property.
Even though they will quote you on and say that they have GIT insurance, they do not take any responsibility for damages that occur as part of their service.
