I dealt with [Name removed by Sirelo] on the SA side. He was very good and kept me updated regarding collection etc. Everything ran smoothly and my goods were collected and crated where necessary and loaded onto a pallet for safe delivery to me in UK. The turnaround time was also as promised and actually a bit earlier than expected!

Our move was entirely without stress or hassle, from the loading in the UK with 1st Move International to the delivery of our goods by Personal Effects Logistics to our door in Johannesburg.
Naturally one worries about their possessions with a move, let alone a move to another country, well those worries were completely unfounded. Communication from Personal Effects was fantastic and we knew where everything was every step of the way.
We received our goods with no losses, damage or breakages.

Koos was able to tell me what I needed to know in 2022 because the last time I shipped personal effects from South Africa was 1983. Service was prompt, efficient, hassle free and, most importantly, my shipment containing fragile printed materials, such as religious books inherited from my grandparents, arrived in excellent condition.

Not only did they provide me with the best price, but the service from everyone - [names removed by Sirelo] and even the driver who collected my parcel, was excellent. They responded super fast to all my queries and emails. The driver was friendly and it would seem he enjoys working there. My parcel was delivered to Switzerland in less than a week.
