I have been waiting for over 2 months for the truck to deliver, it is still not here ! I paid 2 months salary for the truck BECAUSE I NEEDED MY STUFF and I still only get excuses every time I ask when I will get it. I was even threatened that they wont deliver because I haven't paid, knowing full well that I paid in full the same day they collected. I don't believe this is a company.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!
1 Shuttle was promised at 12 pm - arrived at 3.15 pm, thus loaded in the dark.
2 Delivery promised in 2 days - arrived 7 days later
3 Paid dearly for a dedicated load, but on arrival, there was another client's furniture in the truck. Truck did a detour at my expense.
4 Broken smart TV (4 layers bubble wrap and fragile stickers)
5 New wine fridge arrived with a deep gash on the top (bubble wrap and fragile stickers)
6 Boxes with fragile stickers arrived with broken dishes
7 Upright freezer had paint rubbed off (blankets not used correctly)
8 Boxes were wet and muddy on arrival
9 Untrained helpers were used to offload, damaging house paintwork and attempted to steal cell phones.
NO COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES FROM 101XPRESS TRUCKING COMPANY!!!

Unreliable, damaged my furniture, some of my furniture still at their warehouse, no communication about when the rest of my furniture and boxes will be delivered, trying to scam more money to claim damages from insurance. Will never recommend to anyone

Delivery received, we moved from polokwane to east London on Saturday 30 March 2024 all our goods were in perfect condition upon arrival in east London today 02 April 2024
As 101xpress asked for our feedback I will give you 10 out of 10 as our services we received was great and cost effective suiting our move budget.
Just need to tell the public there shared load deals are affordable and done by a good working team on there trucks.

The furniture was supposed to arrive on Sunday. It is now Tuesday and they haven't even replied to my request of estimated time of arrival.
Stay away from this Company. I am totally disappointed. I am at my wits end!
