VERY DISAPPOINTING .. Quoted R1200 for a small Ceramics Teaset of 2 cups, a Creamer, Small Teapot and small jugs... when I query the size of the box, the phone is put down ...🤷♀️.. I would NOT recommend this company.

Thank you Fiona for your excellent service and constant feedback regarding my parcel. Your service is excellent and because of you I will be using this service again. I initially was going with another company before Act Logistics which I have already paid. They have failed to collect my parcel when they where supposed to and decided to cancel. The service I have received from Fiona and Act Logistics was miles apart from the service I have received from the competitor. Thank you Fiona Springer you are a great asset to your company!!!! Keep up the good work.

I dealt with Amir Khan who handled the freighting of my son's guitar to the UK he kept in touch until the item finally arrived in the UK. Their packaging was so well done that there was no damage to this very expensive guitar.
