I dealt with [Name removed by Sirelo] as a contact person. Initially communication was great pertaining the moving date as well as the agreed time which the truck would arrive at the pick-up destination. On the morning of the move was informed about 30min prior that the moving truck was on its way to the pick- up location. Because I had not anticipated an earlier pick- up I was not happy with the arrangement and had to call [Name removed by Sirelo] advising that we had agreed on a said time and I was not I was nowhere near the pick - up location. The driver waited for me nonetheless and upon my arrival assisted professionally with onboarding items which I was moving onto the truck and transported them to the agreed destination. CDJ must stick to the agreed times for pick up to avoid any inconvenience as moving on its own is already a stressful exercise. The truck drivers were very professional and quite helpful.

the movers were on time to collect my furniture and they delivered on time . they just underestimated house volume and had to get another vehicle

The company done a breech of contract .when they load my furnisher up they dropped it off at other furnisher removal company .they did not done a proper hande over and provide the delivery address where I moved to.The company where my furnisher is been offload don't have a load that is going to Cale town and can maybe be delivered my stuff at the 20 March almost a month after .Then the move my stuff to Boss logistic in cake town who is delailing with CDJmoving and who received my full payments .It is the utmost unproffesional company and service .There is no communication as a client or any feedback provided to me .3 different companies is dealing now with my moving and CDJ moving caused to hold up and error of the arrangements .This company will be held countable for the breech of contract and myself to have lost of funds that I have to make to arrange for accomodation ,food and clothing .my cell is 0847586760 for any info
