we had a positive experience. The collection and delivery went off smooth and fast. We have no complaints and would recommend this company. The only reason for not being a 5-star review is because communicaiton via WhatsApp can be a bit more on-the-ball.
Ours was a simple move and everything was packed and ready to go a day bofore the colleciont truck arrived. Our experience was positive, fast and good quality people that showed up at our door.

I cannot find enough good words to express our gratitude to CDJ for their exceptional service. We took a risk shipping a chair such a distance but we needn’t have worried. [Name removed by Sirelo] and his team kept us informed at regular intervals throughout the journey and we were given the relevant paperwork in plenty of time so that we fully understood the process.
We cannot recommend CDJ highly enough and we will definitely use them again for any shipping needs.

Terrible experience. Would bot recommend them to anyone! Poor communication, outsource all transportation, not accountable, added extra costs, late delivery by almost a week.

I dealt with [Name removed by Sirelo] as a contact person. Initially communication was great pertaining the moving date as well as the agreed time which the truck would arrive at the pick-up destination. On the morning of the move was informed about 30min prior that the moving truck was on its way to the pick- up location. Because I had not anticipated an earlier pick- up I was not happy with the arrangement and had to call [Name removed by Sirelo] advising that we had agreed on a said time and I was not I was nowhere near the pick - up location. The driver waited for me nonetheless and upon my arrival assisted professionally with onboarding items which I was moving onto the truck and transported them to the agreed destination. CDJ must stick to the agreed times for pick up to avoid any inconvenience as moving on its own is already a stressful exercise. The truck drivers were very professional and quite helpful.
