STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
If I could rate Day n Night Removers below zero, I would. My experience with this company was an ordeal of incompetence, indifference, and outright disrespect. In my opinion, they run their operations with no regard for professionalism, integrity, or even the most basic standards expected of a service provider.
Their team arrived unprepared, unwilling to work, and quick to raise excuses the moment accountability was required. When payment was made directly to their workers to cover costs they claimed would not be paid by their own employer, the company still attempted to shift responsibility and refused to honour commitments. The result was chaos, delays, and financial loss on my side without a trace of remorse from theirs.
Communication with management was equally disastrous. Every interaction felt like an attempt to deflect, blame, or minimise their failings rather than resolve them. The level of disregard I encountered leads me to believe that customer welfare simply does not feature anywhere in their business model.
Based on my experience, I would caution anyone considering this company to think very carefully before entrusting them with their belongings, time, or money. I have rarely encountered a service provider that performed this poorly or showed so little concern for the impact of their conduct on their customers.

I had the same experience with my parents moving.
Goods were damaged and stolen.

I made use of Day and Nite’s services because their quotes were competitive and I could not afford to pay more for more reliable and well known moving companies seeing that I had to move several times BUT I had to endure theft and damages numerous times. Very bad and negative experience.
Stealing if electronic equipment,tablets, , car radios etc.
Stealing of brass knobs,,, taken off cabinets..
Careless handling of furniture causing major damage, damaging antique furniture,
Breaking 2 very large mirror panels,after they were told to handle it with extreme care…
The rest of the damages and stolen goods will only be determined when we unpack seeing that everything is in storage.
The driver also crashed into a wall when he reversed- and truck had numerous boxes packed with fragile glass etc… damages yet to be established.
I reported everything to the owner, Eddie.
Not once did he apologise or acknowledge
any of my complaints and reports of stolen goods and damages. Rude way of communication by owner Eddie and supervisors about money being paid into his account on time..
The competitive price is not worth all the damages and theft and slow inefficient way of moving process My husband, myself and son had to help with off- loading the truck twice to speed up the off- loading of the truck.
I am extremely disappointed and I certainly cannot recommend making use of this company’s services.Read more

These guys are thieves. They refused to unload the truck because the payment didn't reflect in their account, though EFT was made and proof given. They wanted me to sign that I have received my goods although everything still sitting in their truck. Then the owner demanded that I pay again- in cash- and said I would be refunded. After 21h00 in the evening I was informed the payment is now showing in their account, but I have to pay R1 115 before they can deliver again. If not, I will be charged for storage! Beware! I regret using them, have to open a police case now.
