Goods shipped from South Africa and received in Australia 4 months later in December 2025 only to find there was a missing piece of furniture. As of 26 February have had NO response from regional manager [Name removed by Sirelo] regarding the matter despite numerous calls and emails. Absolutely shocking service…..so will definitely not be using again.

They came slightly later than expected. The organising of the items was well done and the packaging looked impressive.
On arrival at the drop off points two major items were damaged. The double door fridge had a huge scratch across the front door with a small dent on the side and our three seater leather couch had two holes in the center back rest.
