Leopard Movers Wendy Knowler
Today we were due to move home. We notified leopard removers that we would need a big truck and a trailer to move. Our furniture was based in Paarden Eiland at Stor-age.
The truck started loading at 9:00 am. Three men were tasked with loading a 47 m cubed storage unit (big unit). The furniture arrived at our house at 21:00hrs.
Not only that, half of our stuff has been delivered, the rest tomorrow. We have been liaising with [Name removed by Sirelo], the owner of Leopard Removers, he has been one of the most obnoxious and rude people I have ever dealt with.
The worst part is that his drivers have notified us that they do not get paid overtime and often sleep in the truck. We have paid the deposit but [Name removed by Sirelo] has informed us he will not be letting the drivers offload the rest of our load (which consists of our beds) until we pay the balance which is due upon delivery, despite the fact that the other half of our load is only due ‘sometime’ tomorrow and that it is now going on 22:00hr. we have two couches and a server offloaded in the house and we do not have all of our furniture here.
Please stay away from Leopard Removers, we have dealt with numerous furniture removal companies in the past and we have never been treated so badly. I have no words for [Name removed by Sirelo] and his attitude.Read more

Owners, [Name removed by Sirelo] don't reply to emails and Whatsapps. I have given them ample time to respond to me and my husband with regards to a broken TV and I have had to resort to giving them a 1 star review as this seems to be the only place where they reply.
My family and I moved 5 hours from Cape Town and used Leopard Movers. Not only was there a massive delay in communication but the movers only got to our new place at 11pm at night which was never discussed. We moved on from that and were just happy to receive our things.
A few days later, we finally got WIFI and turned our TV on - only for it to have a HUGE crack and to not even turn on. I have tried to get ahold of [Name removed by Sirelo] but both are ignoring me. I consider this completely unprofessional and quite frankly, theft. Your movers have broken our TV and the owners don't even have the decency to let us know the process in replacing it or what they will do about it.
Absolutely DO NOT use this company for your move. You will be left disappointed.Read more

I made contact with leopard movers ([name removed by Sirelo]) to move my house from Aggeneys to cape town for 28 March 2020, but with the lockdown He cancelled the move. So I've requested a refund on my deposit. After numerous whatsapps and phone calls [name removed by Sirelo] just ignores my phone calls and no refund to date its the 30 th March 2020 already. One day from a week after ive requested my refund. So all be weary of this company.

I was told that my things will be delivered late afternoon and yet they arrive at 6:50 pm, driver [name removed by Sirelo] was rude and in a hurry. Some of my stuf fwas damaged.
