We have moved many times over the years and most of the moves were international so we have used all the big names out there and are well-advised as to what to expect. Novello however caught us off guard with their extremely punctual timing and professional conduct to start making them the best option to move with.We were blown away by how [name removed by Sirelo] and her team were doing everything to the letter that they promised and did not set a foot out of line. This ranges from the time frame that has been stuck to very well; to the unbelievable professional care taken to items of a recently lost loved one with personal labels for personalized effects. This also includes a lot of very old family heirlooms and antique furniture that were all handled with great care and arrived all unscathed, undamaged nor broken on the other end.
The team was very respectful of our space and presence in the house and was very upbeat and cheerful throughout the days of packing and loading. It was quite something to watch this team at work with the pace and care they took to move our entire life in just a few days while going from room to room doing it methodically and systematically.
All of the above and more can be said, but to place the cherry on the top was that their price was unbeatable from any other company. Amazing value for money.

They were very reactive and also had the honesty to tell me that sea cargo would cost me a fortune because of the lack of shared cargo options; none of the other companies offered me airfreight as an option, or explained why the sea shipping rates were so high (having to block an entire container from some 3 m2 of cargo). Packaging was simple but efficient, no breakage.
