The container has not yet been received into the UK but the packing up at the SA end was excellent. No faults at all.

The manager called [Name removed by Sirelo] is a rude man. He will not help you and will even put the phone down on your face if he feels like it. Furthermore, he will even give you false information about the ship that transports your belongings. It's what happened to me!
On top of this, when I got my belongings (5 months after the departure!!!!!!) boxes are missing. It means that some of my stuff have been stolen (e.g. my watch, kitchen stuff, a side table, my ironing board, etc, etc etc.......). Then, some of my paintings are ruined because they arrived with water stains.
And when I contacted this Mr [Name removed by Sirelo] to tell him, HE NEVER ANSWERED ME!
This is a band of thieves and DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I had a fantastic experience! I was offered a very competitive quote. The crew arrived early in the morning for pick up. The man power was sufficient to pack, pick up, and clear the house in less than 3 hours. When the crew left the premises, they promised to see me the other side at a specific date.
When the date arrived, I received a pleasantly surprising call that the crew will see me in an hour to deliver the furniture. Not even one spoon missing!
I was blown away!

very friendly professional and on time. only thing is get the required forms at one go, don't phone every day and say you need another form

would like to know about all necessary forms at one stage, don't phone nevery other day and say we still need this form or that form. if you know what you are doing tell me from the beginning what you require.
