Items of value did not arrive at destination. Per the inventory list the item was listed and packed but did not arrive with the rest of the items during our move to Australia. The feedback from my interaction focused on passing the blame and not taking on responsibility for what was a transaction, mandate and appointment of trust of moving my personal items. I did not feel that the service to me as a client was the most important issue, when the loss was reported, but rather to apportion blame for the missing item and liability thereof.
