I paid R15,989.00 for a Cape Town to Krugersdorp removal in June 2026. The experience was a complete failure from start to finish.
My furniture was routed through Durban without my knowledge or consent, arriving 11 days late. There was no communication from the company unless I called them first.
I paid for special wrapping on 11 items. 8 of them arrived either unwrapped or so poorly wrapped that the protection failed in transit. My furniture arrived scratched, dented and dirty.
I also paid for a shuttle at delivery. No shuttle arrived.
I have sent multiple written complaints but not one has been acknowledged.
Avoid this company if you value your belongings.

Worse company. So many expensive losses and breakages. Late delivery. Worse client service. Dont use them!

Still waiting for a bag to be delivered that they 'forgot' to deliver over a month ago. All I hear is stories and excuses. I still don't have my bag. I would definitely not recommend them.
None of the above. I have nothing positive to say about them.

Good service until i discovered 1 of my boxes was swapped with someone else's. I attempt was made to collect the incorrect box. Subsequent emails and whatsapp messages were ignored. Really dissppointing that things had to end this way. I would not recommend this carrier.

They were quick to provide quotes and ask for payments before delivery. They arrived without the full inventory list and I had to scramble to get the full list, otherwise they would not have loaded my bedroom furniture. This gave me serious concerns for the rest of the move. They told us not to worry about protecting furniture and appliances, as they would cover large items with blankets. Their depot is on a dirt road and as the move had to stay at the depot overnight, my furniture was in a filthy condition when it arrived. The appliances were scratched, an antique lamp table's legs were broken, an antique writing desk's whole back was damaged, the sleigh bed has deep scratches, kitchen cupboard has a chunk broken off, lazy [name removed by Sirelo] from the Imbuia dining room suit has been damaged and the Imbuia dressing table chair has chunks taken out of the wood. A garden set out of solid wooden has chunks bumped out of a couch and chair. We expected a few scratches, as it was a long move, but the total disregard concerning our possessions were appalling. A box with Linen was not delivered. In this box I hid two medium sized jewelry boxes with items that were priceless to me. I had already packed as much other sentimental and breakable items as I possibly could in my vehicle and I honestly thought it would be safe. Their attitude about my complaints were threatening and aggressive. They considered the damage done as 'normal' as the roads were so bad and insisted that I should have taken out their insurance (which was ridiculously expensive). Luckily I had taken out Insurance from my own insurance provider. They also gave me someone else's photograph which was framed, that was lying loose in the truck. The photograph was from the 1950's or 1960's and must be of sentimental value to someone out there, who is also missing a box. Please stay away from this company, as you will be disappointed.
