I asked for a quotation to move from Umtentweni to Pennington 'Sham' of Silverglen Truckers did not disclose to me that he is sending Alert Truckers to move my goods. Alert loaded my goods, took it to Pennington and then refused to off load, claiming they were not paid. Sham were not reachable on either phones. I then went to the bank,, got an original stamped document that the payment was made to Sham. Sham was still not responding to our phone calls. I had to then go to the police. In the meantime, Sham and Alert Truckers 'hijacked' my furniture and I had to pay an additional R3500 to get it back.My goods were damaged, I sent them photos, two bags of clothes and my nail kit (R1400) disappeared. When they arrived the next day after I paid an additional amount of R3500, I saw that it was not the same truck. I asked the driver and he told me that they had to move my goods to another truck as the truck I hired had no locks and they park in an unsecured area. The damage to my goods are abou R1600, my missing 2 bags of clothes about R4000 and my nail kit R1400. This company (Sham) was obligated according to the CPA law to disclose to me that he did not have trucks and that he is sending Alert Trucking to move my goods. These people are not to be trusted and I will not recommend their service to my enemies!!!!!!!
