Worst removal company ever!!
I UNFORTUNATELY used these incompetant people for my move from Mondeor to Port Edward. Let start at the beginning. They were booked and they confirmed to be at my house to load on the 17th of August at 08h00am. I got a call from them early that morning and the lady told me that they were running late with 30 minutes because their one crew member were running late. All fine and well and I told her 30 minutes is not a problem and thank you for letting me know. At around 09h00 they were still net here. I called and she told me that their truck had a flat tire and they were busy repairing the tire and will be at my house at 10h00. At 10h15 I called again and I was told the truck is 20 minutes away from me and she once again apologized. Just before 11h00 they eventually arrived. My thoughts were that, since they were already late and Port Edward is not around the corner, that they would start loading immediately. To my surprise, they all sat down on my pavement next to their truck and started eating. I asked them what now? I was told that they were having brunch. Just after 12h00 they had finished their brunch and started loading. But they were only 4 guys and a driver and they were extremely slow. I got my own garden guy to assist them and we also started carrying stuff in order to help them work a bit faster. I told them when they arrived to 1st move my safe. I told them it was extremely heavy and they should use a trolley and make sure that they all, including my guy, work together to get the safe out. This never happened because when I looked for them at around 14h00, the guys were all sitting inside their truck and the driver and supervisor were MIA. I asked what was happening now and they told me that the driver has gone to the shop to buy them food. Apparently they are unable to work or do anything without their supervisor and driver. I called their office. The new owner of the house arrived and the house was still full of furniture. We called their office again. The new owner went off at them and told me that I should have used another company because these guys are useless. After 15h00 I went and checked and the safe was still inside and about 90% of my furniture as well. My wife send them a video to show their office what was going on, the message was read but the only reply was that they were contacting the driver. No other response from them. Around 16h30 they eventually brought the safe out, while taking it out of the house on the trolley, they hopped it down the stairs and didn't control it or guide it as I told them by 'hopping' it down the stairs it would damage my tiles. Once again they didn't listen and they carried on and the tiles on my steps broke. I send their office a video and photos and asked them who was going to be responsible for the damages and once again my message was blue ticked and I got no response, not even a phone call. It is now 17h29 and they are still busy moving furniture to the truck. At 21h30 that evening they were done and we could drive down to Port Edward. May I add that I informed them several times that I don't want to drive in the dark or at night and I also told then I was night blind and had difficulty seeing in the dark. They didn't give any care or thought and we left Jhb around 21h30. When we arrived at Port Edward and they offloaded the truck, I stood at the doors of the truck and several times I had to remind them not to stand on the boxes with the red tape, that were ALL CLEARLY marked FRAGILE. They didn't care. There were so much damages when I check the next day. Broken lamps, tables, the lounge suite, wet, open and damaged boxes.... The list goes on and on. I would not recommend this moving company. Unfortunately, many of my belongings arrived damaged, and several boxes were open when they were delivered. It was obvious that there was very little care taken when handling my items, especially fragile and delicate belongings. Everything seemed to be crammed together without any consideration for preventing damage. If you value your possessions and want them treated with care, I would strongly recommend choosing a different moving company.

I had a very disappointing experience with this moving and storage company.
A large number of my boxes were returned soaking wet, which caused damage to several of my belongings. Even more concerning, some of the boxes were infested with cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and conditions of their storage facilities.
I also paid for certain items to be professionally wrapped, but this was clearly not done. As a result, some of my larger furniture items arrived damaged, which could have easily been avoided if basic protective measures had been followed.
Overall, there was a clear lack of care and professionalism in how my belongings were handled and stored. I expected a much higher standard, especially after paying for additional services.
I would not recommend this company.

It's all about their bottom line and needs. The staff is Very dishonest about the timeliness. They delivered my furniture during the night while it was raining on the day we didn't agree on and they never bothered to communicate. My future came with cockroaches and I am guessing it's due to their untidy storage facilities.

Worst ever, so where do I start? First off these people don't know how to work together a lot of miscommunication. Our boxes were opened and scratch in. A lot of small items missing. Our microwave has been broken. Our bedding was slept under as it was taken out of the bags and filthy. More damaged goods than you pay for the price to move. Then there is the other thing the rude comments they had to leave about their boss [Name removed by Sirelo].... The list just goes on..
