Please don’t use this company. They don’t keep their promises or honour their contracts. We used them to move our household. We insisted on being comprehensively insured and paid a healthy amount on top of their fee, as they promised to secure insurance. The broke three items of our antique, family heirloom-type furniture. Then they said the insurers did not cover antiques and on anything else wanted to lmow the date of purchase and the original invoice. I had interactions with both [Name removed by Sirelo] and his boss,Mr [Name removed by Sirelo], as he styles himself. Mr [Name removed by Sirelo] said [Name removed by Sirelo] would have to pay out of his own pocket. I reinforced that my contract was with the business, not an individual, and would hold tje business liable. Now they have ghosted me — refuse to take calls, etc.

All my furniture was delivered without any damages, the guys were friendly and hard working. On the day of the move they were punctual and they were carefully with handling my furniture, loading took less than 2 hours
