Unfortunately, our washing machine was damaged in transit. The company took it to their premises to assess whether anything could be done. We later realised that their insurance does not cover breakage, so we were unable to claim for the damage, something I strongly recommend future customers double check upfront.
What has been most frustrating is that we have now been waiting close to six months for our washing machine to be returned. We have been promised its return on more than five separate occasions, but it has still not been delivered back to us.
Communication has also been extremely challenging. When emailing and including multiple departments (or my husband) to ensure clarity and accountability, replies are often sent to only one person, which creates unnecessary communication gaps and confusion.
While the physical move went well, the administrative handling and aftercare have left a very sour taste. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience.Read more

From the initial contact through to final delivery, the communication was clear, timely, and professional. I particularly appreciated the updates before and during transport, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The driver was courteous and highly capable, and I was very impressed with how efficiently and carefully such a heavy table and chairs were moved into place without any issues. It’s clear that your team takes great pride in their work.

We checked the boxes while they were off-loading and a big box with curtains was missing. All the boxes were numbered and I had a list with the details, so we knew exactly which box was missing. We reported it to the driver who promised to investigate. I had to make several phone calls and wrote e-mails to try and find out what happened to our curtains. The only answer I got eventually was that they do not have the box. No explanation and no offer to help us as we did not take out their insurance.
But I really did not want any money, I just wanted my curtains! I am still sad and upset that it got lost.
I cannot recommend this service at all. If anybody wants to make use of this company, please make sure that the driver’s inventory list that you have to sign when they finished loading,is completed to the finest detail. Check everything when they off-load, even if you are an elderly person who is stressed and exhausted. Do not expect any help or understanding if something goes missing.Read more
