Worst possible service. They underquote and when your container has to be cleared in the country of arrival they do not pay Maersk and you are left hanging. You are desperate to get your goods and they know it. They owe us money for this and are avoiding paying us. We also hsd to pay the clearing agent in New Zealand. We also paid for an additional shared container and it is a year later and we have no idea where our goods are. They are in cahoots with Casablanca Logistics which is family of [Name removed from Sirelo] at ARS Logistics. Had they done the job correctly we would have referred lots of people to them. It is now a legal situation which is very disappointing. STAY AWAY from them unless you want to lose your goods or lots of money.

Very bad experience!! They did not pay customs, shipment, transnet nor the agent in Mauritius. They pulled all the plugs to assist us to have the container released and at the end lots of penalties and storage fees were imposed. At the end we paid double and will see if we will be refunded the moneys we had to pay for shipment, customs and the agent in Mauritius (Alogis). Their qoute included everything and we paid them fully in advance only to pay another R50 000 out of our own pockets. There are many BAD reviews and now we are threatened that we exported new household goods under false pretend. It was only new mattress that we did declare. We have invoices for all the items and we presented it to the agent in Mauritius. Please do your homework before you make use of this company.

Our contract was for door to door delivery of household goods. They never paid the shipping liner, cargo dues and clearing agent that they appointed. They went silent when the container arrived at the delivery port till today. Despite many emails and WhatsApp messages which they received no reply nothing was replied. The container could not be released as all documentation (Way Bill and Cargo dues) were available. Only to find out the shipping liner cma cgm was not paid up. Furthermore due to delay in obtaining the necessary release documents additional storage and demurrage charges accrued. We had to intervene and paid extra R 50000 to get the cargo released and arranged for final delivery. It is clear that they come in with a fair price deal and then withdraw when the container arrives at the port of destination. SA International Logistics Pty Ltd, Casablanca Logistics, ARS Logistics PTY Ltd, are all the same family. Watch out for [names removed by Sirelo]. Don't bump your heads as we did. This company made promises, which they never delivered on. [name removed by Sirelo] and his family all promises the world and as a result it took almost 5-months before we received our goods. ONly to learn that there is still more money to be paid as he has not settled his bills and we are now held liable.
ARS Logistcs, Casablanca Logistics and SA-INternational are all owned by the same family - although I cannot speak for SA-International I am pretty confident that this is the next phase for them to defraud more people. Please be careful when using this company, they may seem nice but once they have your stuff you have no other option but to pay and hope. Rather find another company and do your research. There is a reason there is so many bad reviews here. I am not sure why there are any good reviews, perhaps done by themselves.

Good Day A. Firstly we have never defrauded anybody or been proven to do so. SA international had nothing to do with this shipment and was only trying to resolve this issue and that is why they got involved. Casablanca Logistics were only the shipper on the bill we ARS are the forwarders in this. Agreements were made with the agents in the USA like any other company can and have done. You never waited 5 month to get your goods. You did wait but for reason beyond our control.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They steal your money and don’t pay the shipping agents or moving companies then try to force you to pay more money to get your container released at its destination.
We thought they were a great bet as their quote came in well below other companies but from the start they kept asking for more money, first for additional packing materials then for storing the container before the shipment left SA and then for mistakes [name removed by Sirelo] made putting the wrong information about the final destination of the container. ARS and [name removed by Sirelo] pulled out all the stops to prevent our container from being released and delivered even after we paid additional money and [name removed by Sirelo] agreed to release the container. We ended up paying twice for this shipment because we had to pay the shippers and the moving company ourselves as ARS and [name removed by Sirelo] did not pay them. We have started legal action against ARS and [name removed by Sirelo] and have also engaged IRS FORENSIC INVESTIGATIONS to help us catch this guy and stop him from doing this to other people. First of all ARS had nothing at all to do with this shipment and we only helped out SA international. We dont do payment on there behalf nor any arrangement for them.
The three companies are owned separately and do different things. your contact was with SA International and not ARS. So this review is under fauls pretends and will be followed up.
ARS is only SA International clearing agent and we work under instruction from our client SA international.
We have been informed by SA Intl. that these goods are not used personal effects / household effects but in fact new goods which has to be declared as such. So we will have no option now but to inform customs SA of this problem.
